The Mystery of a Pen

They say women have come a long way. We even have a woman president. Women in the media are no longer limited to bikini-clad horseback riders not to duster-clad matrons (though these characters are still very much around). Instead, we have already seen on TV Filipino women working in offices or even changing their flat tire. Little girl s can dream of becoming chemist and not just nurses. In the corporate world, women are actively in the rat race. While in the government, women’s issues have become little more than something of a novelty as more and more officials boasts of pro-women positions.

This situation shows a growing a realization and acceptance of the fact that women are emerging into a potent movement able to assert and stand for their rights and aspiration. Needles to say, positions women find themselves in today is borne out of decade of struggle and resistance

Who is a human person? He or she is the product of billion years of evolution. God created every single individual as unique, with unique DNAs and fingerprints, with the same innate goodness. God created both man and woman to take care of God’s creation, to make sure that the process in nature will surely be protected. God is in every human person , that is why every person is capable of doing all the good that he can do, that is why inside every person is a creation spirituality welling up to be recognized.

The message that everything on Earth and in the entire universe is sacred because it support and sustain human life. In a massive scale, in the schools, in the classroom we shall be able to integrate creation spirituality or the faith to live and love ecologically. This act is what we must do if we are save ourselves and the next generation and the millions of species from toxicity and reverse the gear of destruction threatening the planet Earth.
